To guarantee this, our profiling systems consist of untiring machines with precision rollers of tempered steel.
The rollers for our machines have always been produced by the Jensen Company, where they have been developed, designed, produced and tested, and they are working ex-tremely successfully and reliably in many different coun-tries.
Adapting most recent CAD-technologies, we develop the best roller strategy for each profile requirement. Our ex-perienced engineers are in continuous dialogue with our customer advisors and roller manufacturers, to constantly reach the maximum roller precision for which Jensen is known in the international market.

The first contact already gives Jensen customers a feeling of exact comprehension and perfect advice.
At the beginning there is always the analysis, giving our customer the benefit to profit from our creativity and knowl-edge.
We are often able to see the possibilities of optimizing the final product. Together we plan the production procedure, which is transparent and therefore comprehensive in its different steps.
After having finished design, production and assembly, the first in-house test is made, and the equipment is checked in each detail to secure perfect functioning.
The profiling system will be installed at the customers, and will be tested under assistance and supervision of all parties. During that time, the operational personnel is instructed in operation, tool change and maintenance of the system.
